SERVICE SCOPE

One-page fix & verify pilot

For a small service business with an existing website, a specific observed problem and authority to approve changes. Proposed scope: one service page, up to three individually agreed edits, one contact path, one revision and an evidence-led handoff. Confirm the platform, access, backup, complexity, fee and delivery window before acceptance.

Typical candidates are unclear service wording, a misleading next-step label or an incorrect public link. A suitability check may recommend review-only work or decline the project. Exclusions: redesigns, migrations, custom integrations, security repairs, backlink campaigns, account changes, ongoing monitoring and guaranteed rankings, leads or revenue. Unsupported or unexpectedly complex work pauses for a new scope.

What a complete handoff contains

  1. The accepted written scope: exact page, agreed edits, fee, timing, revision allowance, cancellation terms and authorized destination.
  2. Dated baseline evidence, business-fact checks and a recoverable original.
  3. A change log linking each agreed edit to before-and-after evidence.
  4. Recorded mobile, keyboard, link and contact-path checks. These are bounded checks, not accessibility or security certification.
  5. A contact test with separately approved recipient, test content and submission. Record an actual matching receipt when sent; if permission or receipt is missing, label the path unverified.
  6. Remaining gaps, rollback instructions and the customer's acceptance or revision request. Delivery and acceptance are separate records.

The operator workflow prepares a review packet from supplied records. It cannot authenticate customer consent, verify payment or establish that work happened simply because a record was entered.

Website clarity review

The default automated check covers one supplied HTML snapshot or one explicitly authorized public HTTPS page. It observes a limited set of on-page signals. It does not measure Google rankings, Search Console coverage, Core Web Vitals, sales, accessibility conformance or AI answer visibility.

Content direction

A planning brief uses the approved business facts supplied for the project. It is not a finished, independently fact-checked article. Medical, financial, safety and legal topics require appropriate specialist review. No fabricated expertise or testimonials are acceptable.

Monitoring pilot

Optional weekly checks depend on current site permission and a running local worker. Permissions expire. Site rules, network restrictions and technical limits can prevent a check. Missing data must be identified, not replaced with a fabricated result.

AdSense diagnostic review

A scoped diagnostic can review the exact account notice, supplied page captures, original content value, public access, ads.txt identity and disclosure questions. The report separates observations from recommendations and provides a repair and verification checklist. Account access, implementation and submitting for review require separately agreed authorization. Google approval is not guaranteed.

Changes and approvals

Public publishing, account changes, broader crawling, implementation and ongoing support beyond the accepted scope are separate work. A review does not authorize those actions.

Communication and commercial terms

Before acceptance, confirm the contact channel, response expectations, fee, payment method, delivery schedule, revision allowance and cancellation terms. No payment is collected by this website. Do not interpret an email-composer opening as confirmation of a sent or received inquiry.

What the written scope must contain

No work begins on a conversation alone. Before anything is agreed you receive a written scope, and it names all of the following.

If any of those is missing from a document you are asked to accept, it is not ready to accept.

Fees and payment

Pricing is a scope-based quote rather than a list price: the fee follows the agreed work and is fixed in writing before it starts. No payment is taken through this website, and no card or bank details are collected here. The payment method, its timing, and any deposit are set out in the scope document.

Changes, pausing and cancellation

A change of scope is re-quoted, not absorbed quietly. If the work turns out to be unsupported, riskier than it first looked, or blocked by access or platform limits, it pauses and you are told why before anything else happens — a paused project is never continued at a different scope without you agreeing to it. Cancellation terms for both sides are stated in the written scope, and work already delivered and evidenced is accounted for at that point.

Who does the work

The work is done by the operator named on this site. It is not resold, subcontracted or handed to a third party without telling you first and getting your agreement.

Confidentiality

Anything you share for a project is used for that project. It is not published, used as a public example, or shown to anyone else without your explicit permission — including the before and after evidence, which is yours. If a project is ever described publicly, it is with your consent and on terms you have seen in advance.

What you own afterwards

The edits made to your website are yours. The brief, the change log and the evidence pack produced for your project are yours to keep and reuse. The underlying methods, checklists and the free tools on this site stay with the operator and are not transferred by a project.

Limits of responsibility

This is a scoped, reversible improvement service, and its limits are real ones. The work cannot control search engine behaviour, third-party platform changes, your hosting, or decisions made by any search or advertising provider. Responsibility is limited to redoing or correcting the agreed work, or refunding the fee for the part that was not delivered as scoped. Consequential losses — lost sales, lost rankings, lost traffic — are outside what a fixed-scope page review can underwrite, and any engagement needing a broader assurance than that is not a fit for this service.

If something goes wrong

Raise it at the contact address with what you observed. The first step is always to look at the actual page and the recorded evidence rather than argue from memory, and a reversible change can be put back using the preserved original. Most disagreements here turn out to be about scope, which is why the written scope is specific about what was and was not included.

Results

No ranking, traffic, revenue, certification or AdSense approval is guaranteed. Recommendations should be assessed against the actual business context and their evidence.
