01 / REVIEW STEP
Low-value or insufficient original content
Inspect the experience a visitor receives on the important pages. Does the page solve a specific problem? Is there a useful worked example, original comparison, decision checklist or functioning tool? A long article that repeats general advice may still offer little value. Improve weak existing pages around a clear reader task, review duplicate pages and make navigation useful. Adding more words or publishing more articles is not evidence that a rejection has been resolved.
02 / REVIEW STEP
Site unreachable
Check the public domain, HTTPS certificate, server response, firewall and CDN settings. Remove unintended sign-in requirements from public content. Save the actual response and investigate differences between clean browsers and legitimate crawlers. Do not disable security broadly; address the diagnosed access problem and test again.
03 / REVIEW STEP
Ownership or code verification
Use the verification instructions shown for the real account. Confirm the domain and account identity before adding code. A verification tag or an ad script in the source is not proof that Google approved the site. Keep verification evidence separate from policy and content evidence.
04 / REVIEW STEP
ads.txt warnings
Inspect the ads.txt file at the root of the domain and compare it with the line supplied by the account. Check the actual publisher ID and seller relationship. Preserve other authorized sellers. An identity-free example must never replace the real file. After an approved change, recapture the root URL; the account status can take time to refresh.
05 / REVIEW STEP
Policy, privacy and ad placement
Read the affected policy and URLs in the Policy Center. Review the content, actual data processing, required consent setup and ad placement in context. Make advertising distinguishable from navigation and avoid accidental click patterns. Never ask visitors to click ads, click your own live ads, or generate artificial impressions to test the system.
06 / REVIEW STEP
Build a repair record
For each notice, record the observation, affected page, diagnosis, proposed change and verification result. Keep the original evidence. After repairs, inspect the site again and use the account review flow when appropriate. This diagnostic service cannot approve an account or guarantee that a later review succeeds.
Your next-step checklist
- The exact account notice and date are preserved.
- Each issue has a separate diagnosis.
- The publisher identity came from the actual account.
- Content changes add useful original value.
- A fresh inspection confirms each implemented repair.
